Review: Breakfast club (1985)

Great movie about teenagers, how they survive in school feeling insecure attaching themselves to groups that they fit into. Almost like in prison (or at least prison movies).

The story is superb, about a geek, a criminal, a princess, a sportfreak and a freak. And on this one Saturday detention they sit together, and learn how equal they really are.

Great story, great script. Timeless movie, a cult, with great actors that really didn’t make it out of the 80’s.

Grade: 6/7
