Aside from Bionic DROID to be released later by Motorola for Verizon, seems also  to be  Motorola DROID X 2, and Motorola Droid 3 is out later this year. Although there is some information about the two devices, it appears none will have supportfor LTE 4G Verizon, as it will be interesting toBionic DROID.

Motorola DROID X 2 which will be given the codename "Daytona" and the expected planned for  similar to DROID today, but will have several improvements, including a screen 4.3 "QHD and a 1GHz dual-core processor Tegra (such as thebionic Droid), the camera button redesigned on the side, although still 8MP camera, and built-ingyroscope to play the game better.

Although DROID X2 comes out today, but this device will look almost identical to the original XDROID with four physical buttons on the front, and seen that the UI software has been modified to adjust that of the bionic DROID, but no word yet which version of Android is running. There are also expected to be much different Docks for X DROID 2 when it's released.
